oxygen and seaweed added

Added in oxygen physics to game. Oxygen in game works like the our real world physics where you lose oxygen and slowly lose health.
Added in 2 types of seaweed to the ocean biome. Later updates players will be able to pick up seaweed for various things also will have small creatures hidden in the seaweed which players will be able to catch.
